This is absolutely beautiful! I was drawn in right away by the colors and how you painted her. Her eyes are a lovely green that grab your attention, and work well with the pinks and reds. I especially like how you desaturated the colors and even the lines on the pieces that are further back, like the lifted foot and the left hand.

The only thing that I can see that can be improved upon are the legs. From where I guessed the pelvis should be (I can't see it under the dress after all), the length from the pelvis to the knees is way too long, even by anime standards.

That's all though. I really enjoy this piece! I'm envious of her hair and the way you color

This is an astonishingly good piece of artwork. The details in the frills and lace is fantastic and the dress wonderfully crafted onto the character. The body and the hair look like they're full of life and grabs my attention.

One thing that I got caught up on was the expression. The arms and legs give off the sign that's she's excited and jumpy. However the face seems to almost expressionless, and just seems to contrast with the rest of the picture. For some reason, it may be just me and I don't know how you would interpret this but, the bow made my brain think that she's wearing her dress backwards. Again, it could be just me because I am not very well informed in fashion design.
